Welcome to PUPS Treat (“PUPS Treat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pupstreat.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us, including our single-ingredient bully sticks and related pet chews. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our Products

PUPS Treat sells single-ingredient bully sticks and related dog chew products. We aim to keep product descriptions, images, sizing, weights, and pricing accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content on the Site is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Colors, sizes, and appearance of natural products (such as bully sticks) may vary slightly from images shown, as each stick is a natural, single-ingredient product.

 

These Terms apply to retail purchases made through the Site. If you are a retailer or distributor interested in bulk or wholesale ordering, please contact us at contact@pupstreat.com — separate wholesale terms apply to trade accounts.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to:

 

  • Refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason
  • Limit the quantity of products purchased per customer, household, or order
  • Discontinue any product without prior notice
  • Correct pricing or listing errors, even after an order has been placed

 

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

 

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information at checkout. PUPS Treat is not responsible for orders delayed or misdirected due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discount codes, and product availability at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.

 

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. PUPS Treat does not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping; orders below that threshold are charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

 

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PUPS Treat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs (for any international shipments), or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

 

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

We want you and your dog to be happy with every order. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details on eligibility windows and process.

 

As a general rule:

 

  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Products that have been opened, chewed, damaged through misuse, or are otherwise not resalable are not eligible for refund or exchange, except where required by law or in cases of a defective or incorrect item.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at support@pupstreat.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

7. Pet Health and Safety Disclaimer

PUPS Treat bully sticks and chews are intended as a treat and enrichment product for dogs, not as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

Chewing safety. As with any dog chew, bully sticks carry an inherent risk of choking, gastrointestinal blockage, or injury, particularly with aggressive chewers or dogs that swallow large pieces. We recommend:

 

  • Always supervising your dog while they enjoy a chew
  • Selecting a stick size and thickness appropriate for your dog’s size and chewing style
  • Removing and discarding any small remaining piece before it becomes a swallowing hazard
  • Introducing any new chew gradually, especially for dogs with sensitive stomachs

 

Allergies and sensitivities. Our bully sticks are single-ingredient (beef), which we believe supports transparency and reduces the likelihood of unexpected additives — but individual dogs may still have sensitivities to beef or beef byproducts. If your dog has known food allergies or a medical condition, please consult your veterinarian before introducing any new chew or treat.

 

PUPS Treat is not liable for adverse reactions, choking, or injury resulting from unsupervised use, improper sizing, undisclosed allergies, or failure to follow the feeding and supervision guidance above. If your dog experiences an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a licensed veterinarian promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the PUPS Treat name, logo, brand colors, text, graphics, images, product photography, packaging design, and software — is owned by or licensed to PUPS Treat and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the Site or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

 

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality or security
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our permission
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct, including fraudulent orders or chargebacks

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates this section.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUPS Treat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUPS Treat and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to injury to your pet, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PUPS Treat, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or misuse of any product purchased from us.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
